I expected this to be another bad week. I didn't stick to my diet very well and missed at least one workout, so I can't explain how I'm down another pound this week. But I'll take it!
Yesterday was also my last roller derby practice for 1 1/2 weeks, when the new session starts. I'm already super pumped to keep up everything I've learned and hopefully pass the skills test in June.
Total weight loss: 11 1/2 lbs (One more pound!)
Number of workouts: 3 (2 roller derby practices, 1 30-minute circuit training sessions at the gym)
Number of days at or under 1600 calories: 2
