Week 20 Update

This week brought a great milestone: I can fit into my old pants! They're not exactly "skinny" pants, but they're not my fattest pants either, so I'll take it.

I ate out a lot again this week and didn't have any roller derby practices, so I made sure to step up my workouts at the gym. There's nothing I really like about cardio at the gym, but it's better than the alternative (exponential ass growth), so I'll do it when I have to.

Week 20
Total weight loss: 13 lb (another 1 1/2 lbs!)
Number of workouts: 5 (3 days of 30 minutes on the elliptical, 2 30-minute circuit training sessions at the gym)
Number of days at or under 1600 calories: 3
